For more than 40 years, Capitol Process Services, Inc. has provided service of process and for legal, business, and government communities around the country. We specialize in difficult-to-serve and evasive individuals.
Our Beginning
Capitol Process Services, Inc. was founded in Washington, DC in 1981 with the goal of providing comprehensive service of process to the legal community. We quickly gained a reputation for being thorough, effective, reliable, and timely, and while we remain locally owned and operated, we have expanded our geographic reach to serve clients around the country.
Our clients include the largest law firms in the Washington, DC area and other major cities, smaller local and regional law firms, Fortune 500 companies, and Federal Government departments and agencies.
We are bonded, insured, and licensed throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan Area, and we are a member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and the Mid-Atlantic Association of Professional Process Servers (MAAPPS).
We continue to provide exceptional service to our clients. We have received multiple awards including Best Process Server by Legal Times and the Good Hope award by Bread for the City.
