Rush or routine serve, we'll get the job done. We provide:
Send us a request or call us to discuss how we can best serve you.
Tight, unexpected, and fluctuating deadlines are a routine part of process serving. We have the experience and manpower to satisfy expedited client requests. Our office staff and process servers are available to perform assignments with efficiency and speed. We will pick up or receive the documents by email, fax, or courier and notify the client immediately upon service of process.
We file time-sensitive documents with local, state, and federal court systems and agencies in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Capitol Process is part of a national alliance of process servers, and we work with similarly experienced associates across the country.
Correctly preparing affidavits requires attention to detail, experience, and a thorough understanding of the laws governing the service of process and the subsequent filing of affidavits in each jurisdiction. Our staff of administrative professionals ensures affidavits are prepared in accordance with the law and filed promptly.
Our process servers have experience navigating the bureaucracy of government agencies. We have developed lists of contacts and phone numbers that can help facilitate the service of process and dependably answer your questions.
Capitol Process has 40 years of experience constructing narrative affidavits. The affidavits are used by our clients in a variety of ways, including as attachments to motions filed with the courts by our clients. It is imperative that the affidavits are written with clarity and appropriate detail. In some cases, when a client chooses to not use our surveillance and/or hourly services, a properly written affidavit may buttress the client's motion for alternative service. For a flat fee, we make multiple attempts at service. Additionally, our process servers keep detailed notes, including dates and times of attempted service.
